      Where do your products come from?

      We only source merchandise from socially responsible businesses with ethical manufacturing practices. Our branded products are manufactured in the Japan ,United States and China. 


      Do I need to have an account to order?

      Will my order get to me without any issues?

      We use USPS (United States Postal Service), FedEx and DHL for deliveries inside the United States and abroad. All of our shipments leave the United States and will likely spend time in the customs for the country where the shipment arrives. We cannot provide any customs clearance estimates, but in most cases, shipments may spend anywhere from one to three days in customs. 

      IMPORTANT: Any customs or import duties are charged once the order reaches its destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the order.

      When will my order arrive?

      We usually ship the order from our factory within 2-5 days of receiving it. And it takes up to 12-30 business days for the shipping companies to make your order reach you. But, in some cases, it might be delayed due to post office issues. Every post office can't accommodate packages after a certain limit, hence the delays are caused.We'd really appreciate if you wait for your order for a few more days. We'll always be there to assist you to let you know about its status. You'll have the tracking details too to keep a check on the status.These are estimated delivery time. Actual delivery time will vary depends on many situations.

      How do I track my order?

      We will email your tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped. Usually, you will receive the tracking number one day after we have shipped your order. Your order status will be available 48 to 72 hours after your order has been placed    

      Why is tracking link not working yet?

      Please allow up to 2 to 4 days for shipping information to show up as tracking information is only updated when the package gets through parcel point hubs. This also means that if the tracker does not update daily the package is still on its way to you.If the package is not received within the 30 business days, please contact us.

      What Do I Do If I Have Missing Items In My Order?

      If something is still missing, please contact us immediately.

      I didn’t receive an order confirmation email.

      Every order is automatically sent a confirmation email. Please check your spam or junk folder. If it's still missing, just contact us and we'll send you a brand new email confirmation.

      What if I typed the wrong email address?

      Please contact us so we can change your email address but we cannot change your order.

      Are there any exchange rates?

      All of our transactions are based on US Dollars. If your credit card is based in another currency, your order total will be calculated in accordance with the daily exchange rate of the date your card issuer processes the transaction.

      What are the payment methods are available?

      We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), and you can choose to run your transaction through PayPal or through Shopify Payments. Both options are secure. You will receive a confirmation of your order via email with the total dollar amount.

      How secure is my online order?

      When purchasing online using your credit card, all of your information is entered into an SSL secure web page. Your information is then SSL encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction is authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.

      How do I change or cancel my order?

      We reserve the right at any time after receipt of the order to accept or decline the order, or any portion thereof, in our sole discretion, even after the Customer receives an order confirmation or after the credit card has been authorized. If the credit card has already been authorized for the purchase and the order is canceled, we will issue a credit to the original method of payment.Any cancellation made after an order has been placed will be subject to a cancellation fee of USD 0.50 regardless of the time the order has been placed (even if it is just a second later) as the merchant processor/credit card charges us a fee for cancellations.

        Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled.

      SHIPPING AND CUSTOMS

      When will my order be processed?

      All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders from Monday to Friday. Orders will be processed within 2-5 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. 

      Will I be charged with customs and taxes?

      The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives in its final destination, which is determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.Please contact us if you do not receive tracking confirmation after 7 business days from the day you completed your payment. 

      When will I receive my refund?

      All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-14 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

      Will shipping fees covered for my returns?

      All return shipping fees and other miscellaneous fees are the responsibility of the customer.
